Training Intercultural Communication

We offer different topics in our Intercultural Communication trainings, ranging from a general introduction to specific situations. Trainings are designed for groups of minimum 4 and a maximum of about 16 people. Trainings are at least 1 day, and usually 2 days in length.

Competency-based training

Firmly rooted in theory, the trainings are structured in such a way that the student develops intercultural competences, where ‘intercultural competence’ is defined as ‘successful intercultural behavior’ – this means for us that following a course must result in the participant being able to apply new skills into his everyday work.

Although the trainings are carefully designed to pass on knowledge in the shortest possible time; none of our programs are rigid. We will always discuss with you first exactly what you (and the participants) want to achieve with the training. Together we will determine the learning objectives and these are included in our agreement. The content of the training will be tailored to your goals, no problem.
